After years of working in a corporate HR environment, Veronica decided to stop living to work and to start working to live. The Paul Mitchell Cosmetology Career Center in Dallas became the savior of her sanity.

While at school she worked with a diverse clientele, and she gained exposure to tools that have since earned her many enthusiastic smiles: weekly visits from educators outside of the Paul Mitchell name, product education, block coloring, marketing strategy, fashion shows, student run salon, and so much more! She enjoyed learning every subject in the curriculum, but ladies' cut and color dominated her practice until she graduated from the Phase II Honors Program in the Fall of 2005.

In her time at Urban Betty, she has found a special place in her heart for curly hair. She feels it is important to know cut, color, texture, and style in order to best serve her clients and to provide a total, personal experience for them. She believes the best part of her job is transforming her client's confidence and attitude with a new look.

"Urban Betty has been a perfect start to my new career and now I am finally happy doing my job!"
