Melanie joined the Urban Betty team in May of 2009. She is a New York native who grew up on Long Island. In 2000, she relocated to Nashville, TN where she attended NDHA and received her cosmetology license. Since then she has worked consistently in the beauty industry, filling important roles such as salon manager, sales consultant, as well as, stylist.

Melanie has a magnetic personality and always aims to please her clients. She is a compassionate listener and easily transforms a client's spoken desires into reality. Melanie's main focus is to deliver a comfortable and satisfying "salon experience" to every person who sits in her chair.
