Delain has been creating hairstyles since 1998 when she graduated at the top of her class from The Victoria Beauty College in Victoria, Texas. She began her career directly out of beauty school and started as an assistant for platform artist Joe Anthony who owned Hair Dimensions. It was there she learned techniques used by the top professionals.

She then started her own path of success by first getting her own studio and then building her clientele. After maximizing her potential in Victoria she sought out new techniques and styles. After moving to Austin, she found her niche in the styling world.

In Austin, starting from scratch she worked her way up the ladder, and shared a studio with Chelle Morrison at the Gallery of Salons. It was here that word of mouth spread about this young talented new comer and it wasn't long before she was booking months in advance. Chelle saw the potential in Delain and decided to invite her to share in her dream of opening Urban Betty Salon.

Delain specializes in Wella Koleston Perfect hair color and has attended many classes and hair shows to learn the most trendy hairstyles. Her choice of products is Wella System professional, Biotouch by Wella and PureOlogy. Her favorite styling tool is the chi iron. Delain's future goals are to become one of the best colorist in Austin by continuing education with Wella Koleston Perfect.
